We will work to appointment slots as specified by you, and can offer appointments based on your lead times. Drop off, collection/delivery and waiting customers can all have a different lead time.
We won’t send back the people who have had the Amber work attended to, but we will make a note of the conversation, so you can understand why people are going elsewhere. Often times, it’s just because we didn’t call.
Aside from Amber bookings for you, we will also data cleanse and data capture for you, adding email addresses and additional numbers where we get them.
Bookings are emailed directly to you, following that specified lead time to make sure workshop loading is still efficient. We will report weekly on all aspects of the work, including the all important verbatim customer comments.
Irrespective of evhc system, the data can either be exported to a spreadsheet, or for products such as autoVHC and Different Aspects we can work directly out of the stand alone system, we just need a password from you
If you’re unsure about taking the step to outsourcing, we will do 1 months trial of Amber follow up work for a flat fee of £300. This includes all of our standard reporting, and gives you the opportunity to see how much value is potentially there for you in a longer project.
